Customers of cloud services often ask who manages their cloud services. Depending on the type of service, the cloud provider would manage everything from the data centers, network, storage, servers, and operating systems–leaving the customer to manage their own applications and data. In other types of cloud services, the cloud provider could manage the entire system all the way up to and including the application and data.
